Our Mission
is to unite Blue Water voices to fight for justice, protect democracy, and drive change.
About Us
Blue Water Indivisible is a grassroots organization formed for the primary purpose of engaging concerned citizens in the Blue Water region. We are not affiliated with any political group, nor do we espouse any particular set of political perspectives. We do believe that our democracy is currently under threat. We seek to make that threat visible and to engage a diverse coalition of local residents, regardless of their individual beliefs, in the struggle to protect the constitutional rights and protections of every member of our community. In addition, Blue Water Indivisible plans to be engaged in many aspects of community life in the Blue Water area. We intend to be involved protecting our natural environment – our beautiful blue waters, our parks and green spaces, and any other community activities where we can be of use. Today, we ask you to consider joining us in this effort. There are many leadership roles available where your individual skills and interests would be invaluable. For young people, this could be a powerful opportunity to develops marketable job skills. For seniors, this is a wonderful opportunity to share skills developed over a lifetime while giving back to your community, and to enjoy meeting and socializing with new friends and colleagues. If you are currently working full-time or raising a family – or doing both – and your time is limited you may still join us by participating in community activities that BWI has developed and promoted. You can watch this space for announcements of upcoming events.
